This has been one of my true go-to sites for worksheets of just about any nature and more. There is a large wealth of information, tips, deals and free downloads, all in an attractive and well-organized interface (something many similar sites tend to lack). I would name this as your first stop when considering educating at home.
Making the Most Blog is my supermom sister's blog. She is many things that I am not, including an organized genius! For organizing tips and a lot of my go-to apps, go to my go to (my sister)!
She also includes a lot for families in crisis or dealing with hard times and the tough parts of being a mom.
